9 Replies RSS
I recently re-filled my pain management prescripton for "Percocet 10/325MG and they look totaly different from my usual "Name Brand Percoset's" Why do they look different and what should they look like? ## The name brand Percocet in that dosage is an oblong, yellow tablet with the word Percocet on one side and 10-325 on the other. As to why yours look different, it is highly possible that you received a generic this time. There are many of them on the market and how they look and what the markings are will vary from manufacturer to manufacturer. Some of the imprints and descriptions include: WATSON 932, round, white IP 204, oval, white M532 10/325, oblong, white 106, round, white And this is not a comprehensive list, it's just a couple of examples. white oblong pill A333 not as effective as other generics
10 Replies RSS
I have been taking oxycodone 10/325 for a serious pain problem for some time now. I am used to getting a round white tablet with Watson imprinted on one side and the numbers 925. Those worked fine for my pain. They were supplied by CVS as a generic for Percocet. I also received another generic that was a yellow oblong tablet and these also worked well. I refilled my prescription last month however and got these white oval tablets with an imprint of A333 on them and not only am I not getting adequate pain coverage but there are many times I felt very strange after taking my medication. The only way I can describe it is weird, tingly, the way I feel if I have been able to sleep and miss taking my afternoon dose. Like I didn't take the medication at all. I discussed this with a friend ... ...

Can anyone identify this pill? It's not a capsule, it's an oval white tablet, marked 44-511 ## Hi nikki, Would there happen to be a score line down the center as well? Most pills I'm finding that start with "44" and are followed by three digits are often recognized as OTC cough and cold related medications; though, I'm not finding any specific details on one that ends in "511". 44 533 and 44 547 have also come up with similar physical descriptions. And the only one I'm seeing with 44 511 is "round" in shape and not oblong as you mentioned it to be. So if you'd be so kind, could you also double check the imprint just to be sure? Thanks! ## It's a cold medication sold over the counter: Acetaminophen 325 mg Dextromethorphan HBr 10 mg Phen... ...

The closest match I can find is Norco; which is a combination of Acetaminophen + Hydrocodone (325 mg - 5 mg).
