Anymore then two can be dangerous and don't even think about mixing it with alcohol unless you want permanant liver damage. This is a narcotic pain reliever, very strong and addictive. ## I wouldn't say they are "very strong", they are strong if you're not used to narcotic pain relievers, much stronger than a darvocet, tylenol 3, or even a plain vicodin 5/500, but weak compared to pain relievers such as percocet, roxycodone, morphine, dilaudid, demerol, oxycontin, fentanyl, and the many other stronger painkillers on the market.
