This is a rather large white oval tablet with 13 and 2 on one side and blank on the other, scored down the middle. What is it? I can't find any information. Any help would be much appreciated! ## @ARA, Based on your description, the closest match I'm finding is an 800mg Gabapentin tablet, used for neuropathic pain. It's depicted as a white oblong shaped pill imprinted with "G | 13" on one side and blank on the other -(but scored down the center on both sides). The only logical thing I can think of is that you may have misinterpreted the G for a 2 depending on the condition of the pill. I just moved from Massachusetts to Maryland to care for my 77 yr old mom and 80 yr old dad. I found the above described pill in the bottom of my mom's medication lock box and I'm not certain what medication it is. I do know that the pharmacy they use often purchases whatever manufacturer has the lowest price which I don't mind. But, I would really appreciate it if the pharmacy owner would have a written description of each medication printed on the label OR have a true to size photo of both sides of a pill on the label. ## Hello, Lisa! It's a flat white round pill that has a cross on each side without numbers or letters. ## Hello, Rocksteady! How are you? With no markings, other than the score lines, this is most likely just some type of over the counter product. I haven't been able to find an identification, so far, but I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information of you. Where was it found? I have discovered some white pills in my elderly mother's possession. They are small - approximately 6mm in length. They are smooth on boths sides with a Y on one side. I would like to know what these pills possibly could be. The one with the M over 2 is manufactured by Dr. Reddy's Laboratories and they list it as containing 50mgs of Metoprolol. The FDA classifies this medication as a beta blocker that is most commonly used to treat high blood pressure and certain cardiac conditions. Its typical side effects may possibly include nausea, dizziness, headache, increased urination and hypertension. As to one without any markings, we can rule it out as being a prescription medication, but it could be any one of a large number of over the counter products. oblong oval pale pink pill. scored both sides-capital A on one half and number 11 on other half of one side. Other side blank. ## This is NOT A Darvocet manufactured by Mylan, first of all they do not manufacture anything with the A logo, the use their M logo, MYL or MYLAN. Secondly they do not manufacture a Darvocet at all that does not have the whole word MYLAN on it. ## I cannot find this listed anywhere. Able Labs, that does use the A logo, does not manufacture anything with A 11 on it, so I am assuming it is either a foreign drug or something over the counter.

Its apink football shaped pill with no score or numbers blank on both sides. 5/8in long 1/4inthink in middle. Found it in sons room need to know ASAP ## If there are no markings, it's going to be a bit difficult to determine what this tablet contains. What is this pill? It is white and oblong, scored on both sides. One side has a Z on either side of the score mark, the other side is blank. Or if you look at the pill vertically it could be an N above the score line and an N below.
