Any clarification on that? If it's of any help though, the color of the WPI 3630 pill is reported to be yellow; whilst the thread description denotes theirs as being tan. why can i not find the generic nifedipine 30mg er Mylan pill marked M475 anymore. Has this been discontinued and replaced by the Mylan pill marked M030? I just bought a car and these were in the glove box. I know the lady and if she needs these I will drive back down and give them to her. IT is a blue pill with pink specks in it. The only markings are 30 30 on one side. ## This is nothing more than a Caffeine tablet, 200mgs, called 3030's. They are an over the counter item that can be purchased in drug stores, convenience stores and etc.

I was beginning to think they gave me the wrong pills again because spasms are worse than what they usually are with the others they used to give me ## I think the reason that some people have had trouble identifying this one is due to the fact that it's very easy to misread the markings on the pills. It's actually meant to be N 030 and the actual dosage is 20mgs of the Baclofen. As a muscle relaxant, its side effects may include nausea, dizziness and drowsiness. And Ty, what did you end up doing?
