1/2 inch in diameter White Pill SP under that 170 reverse is 400 looks coated no split ## HI, Bill! Where did you find it? I've done some searching, but it's not turning up in the U.S. prescription drug databases that I've checked. The SP is a logo used on some prescription tablets, but nothing with these numbers. That makes me wonder if it's possibly a foreign medication, perhaps from Canada… Does anyone else recognize this tablet?

This pill was given to me at giant eagle for Paxil never had high blood pressure until taking. First day got bad headache and in three days they got so bad I had to quit talking them head ache started to go away checked blood pressure it was 170/102 now I have to take blood pressure pills to try to get back to normal Doctor said it was bad manufacturing. Pill has a 20 on one side and a line on the other side in the middle of the pill. It's round and the pill is white. It's not as little as a Percocet 30 m box but not as big as a Percocet 512. my doctor gave me a prescription for norcos 10's. when I went to the pharmacy they gave me a yellow oblong pill with 170 on one side and nothing on the other. They told me it was norco 10. did they make a mistake ## If it has 170 on it, is oblong & yellow it is Hydrocodone 7.5 mg/Acetaminophen 325 mg. It does not have Hydrocodone 10 mg in it. Instead it has Hydrocodone 7.5 mg. ## The identification provided is correct.
