It's a small round yellow pill about the size of an aspirin. Both sides are slightly beveled out (NOT FLAT) and only one side is scored in the middle. There are no other markings on the pill. In a bottle of "Parvale" given to my dog for arthritic pain, There are a dozen pale yellow round tablets with SVP etched onto one side. I am pretty sure that I have not given one in error but desperately need to know what they are and any potential side effects. Vet closed now and could not (would not help identify over the phone)

round yellow tablet cross marking with H upper left corner and 4 lower right, back plain. supposed to be a de-worming tablet for dogs ## Based on the description provided, the closest match I could locate is an oblong/capsule-shaped yellow pill, scored vertically down the center, with an "H" on the left side and blank on the right side of the divider. There is also an "88" on the back of the pill. This particular tablet is identified as Levetiracetam 500 mg. I only mention this pill's ID because I'm thinking the imprint is somewhat similar and the medication itself is also used in veterinary medicine for dogs and cats (as an anti-epileptic agent for treating seizures). My vet gave me a large yellow heart shape pill for roundworm for my dog. I cannot find the pill on line. It has an R on it. The entire pill is a heart and scored down the middle. It is Drontal but I don't see pictures of this particular pill. Should I worry?
