I've been taking Buprenorphine 8mg for 3 1/2 years now, all of a sudden every pharmacy in our area (that I know of) has switched the manufacturer they are order from, frustrating to me as I just seem to see a difference all though there shouldn't be. Can someone please advise me on what to take when you are stressed (between Xanax, Adderall and Oxycodone)?

I've tried and used Teva/Barr, Lannett, Core pharma, AURO (worst imo), and now just got Rhodes. Not sure if Rhodes is making me spacey, sleepy, anxious and low energy, bloated, headache. All are often indications that the active ingredients are meh. There are so many manufacturers out nowadays, it's a revolving door and it's adding to the already difficult challenges many people have experienced since the pandemic. Lordy. Rhodes? I was prescribed Ambien 10mgs, and it worked for a year. I started waking during the night and couldn't go back to sleep. My Psychologist prescribed me Sonata 10mgs a month ago, but it's not working. I have been on Barr/Teva dexedrine sulfate, [generic] for 14 years. After 5 "shortages" I recently received back my script, butt it's a placebo !!!! Nothing at all. I took 25 10 miligram tabs; nothing at all. It's an unethical and disgusting scam. I live with a questionable character who I have caught red handed taking my meds from me. I am prescribed amphetamine salts 30 mg xr, generic for adderall. They are orange and clear capsules filled with orange beads. The time I caught him I found that he had taken the pill apart and ingested the beads, then put the pill back together so I wouldn't know...really sneaky. I am very concerned and confused about why generic Adderall brands are so all over the place!! I usually get Aurora brand and I'm fine with it but last month I got this corpharma brand crap, it made my stomach ache and gave me a headache! It was terrible. I have read the leaflet that came w/ my meds. Its listed as an antidepressant but was prescribed to me for insomnia. Two questions now. 1. Do I have to take it every night? 2. I have recently received a new diazepam tablet to me, called Martin Dow limited 10mg. They come in strips of 10 per blister and are blue hard tablets with a score line on one side and the other side has 10 imprinted in it. I recently submitted some to wedinos to get them tested and they came back containing only diazepam, you can see the wedinos website reference number W010443 for the submission I made. I have been on Fiorinal w Codeine and Fioricet as well as Valium for Sleep. I have 3 herniated disks in my back, Scloroisis, Nerve Damage in my left leg and Chronic Migraines. I have a pill that's supposed to be Xanax but it has no numbers on it. It's a white round pill that has a big imprint that looks like a "P" on it. It also has 4 scores.
