Oh no! I see your question posted back November, 2013! Yikes! Did you ever find the medical care you need? I'm in the area. Let me know how you're doing.

Ejiroc, How're you doing? Your loved one is in need of pain management? Austintown, Youngstown area? Is there a family physician or general practitioner in their life? Best to have the gp or family dr to refer her/him to a local pain manager. That said, it's not going to be an easy road I'm afraid. I know this because I'm going through the same thing. Was your loved one a patient of the clinic that suddenly went out out of business in Boardman by chance? Such a long story but basically, after the pain clinic I'd attended for 7 years just up and closed one day I was able to go to an Akron clinic where the Dr has split personality and bi-polar topped off with a good dose of manic depression. One visit he's my best friend. Next month I'm a drug addict. A DRUG ADDICT. It was out of twilight zone. Nightmare. I'm the model patient. Never failed the monthly drug panel. Never ran out medicine too early. never begged for more or specific drugs. Then I'm trying to compose myself as I'm very upset crying and I just wanted to get away from him & he doesn't want me to leave the room until I can stop crying so my husband won't think he "did something to me". BTW, he also abruptly cut my medication dose in half. Yes I was crying.
