Possible Fake Yellow Pill 3601 Is This A Vicodin

Here's my question I get prescribed 60 of these a month. Now they usually work great. But then I bought 10 extras and they look exactly the same but these ones don't affect me at all I don't see a difference. Does anyone know how to determine by the eye if they are fake?
