Xanax Withdraw

I have been taking xanax for about two years to cope with anxiety. I am currently on 1mg of xanax extended release pills 2 times a day. This month I was taking 3 pills a day because I was feeling like 2 wern't keeping my anxiety at bay. Well, I ran out yesterday morning, that night was the start of this nightmare. Its now the second day without my medication and I am starting to feel like im going to die. Im shaky and have a tension headache on the back of my neck. I have 2 refills but my pharmacy said that they can not fill my prescription for 6 more days :'(
I feel like im in hell, I have work tomorrow and cant sleep with what feels like withdraws hitting me like a car. I am lost and dont know what to do. I told the pharmacy that I was going out of state and that i needed my prescription filled early. They said it was against the new policy by the government cracking down on scheduled medications. I NEED HELP AND I HAVE LOST ALL HOPE. WHAT IS GOING TO HAPPEN TO ME???!!!??!!!

This is the point where you can get real sick, have a stroke or possibly pass away. You might get to an ER, you might see your Doctor. However these days you might spook your Doctor into cutting you off. For a reference I almost died on the 3 mg dose, and somehow after about 2 weeks I made it into an ER. They didn't let me leave for a Week. Please do something

Eddy is correct, withdrawals from Xanax, or other benzodiazepines, can be very dangerous, and possibly fatal. You may experience severe seizures, as well as insomnia, nervousness, elevated heart rate, elevated blood pressure, irritability, and mood changes.

If they become severe, you should seek emergency medical attention.

As to the pharmacy, they are also correct, they are not allowed to fill it early, since it is a controlled substance. If you required a higher dosage, it would have been best to consult your doctor, before taking extra doses of your medication.
