Worried About Possible Pregnancy On Implanon

Hi, I had the implanon put in 7/17/15, so just over a year ago, and during the entire time I have not once had any cramping at all, no periods or bleeding either. I always have protected sex regardless just to be safe, but exactly 17 days ago I had sex with my boyfriend and even though he was wearing a condom, I felt some "spillage" I guess you could say but I didn't worry about it because I just figured I was on bc so I'd be fine.

I also have bipolar disorder but I'm well medicated and haven't had any mood shifts in months, except over the last two weeks I've become a lot moodier and having days where I've cried non-stop and days where I've been very happy and goofy even. And I've suddenly become gassy over the last week with no shift in my diet at all.

A couple of days ago I started having mild soreness in my lower back which I just chalked up to maybe having slept the wrong way, but the back pain is getting worse and I've started having pain in my front lower abdomen too, both sides.

I thought maybe it was kidney related but I've never had kidney problems in my life and I make a point of drinking over 90oz of water a day, no pain urinating, no smell, completely clear, and i don't know why a kidney problem would hurt my front lower abdomen.

I was just wondering if anyone here had been on implanon and had gotten pregnant while on it, because I know it's possible, but if I would start showing signs this early and if this sounds similar to what anyone else had gone through. I know it sounds insane but even just a couple days ago I had a dream that I'd become pregnant before I'd ever started having pain or begun to put all of my symptoms together.
