I am going to get my cdl class a licenses... Will suboxone I took two weeks ago show up in my screening? They send it to a lab

No it will not they do not test for bute which is what suboxone is when the body metabolizes it. I have been on suboxone for 6 months and pass all drug test

I need updated info on if the DOT drug test shows Suboxone (Buprenorphine) and if so can I still get a CDL even if I have a Rx

Go see a shrink pal, by the way you carry on, I hope you are not a driver, not even 4 wheeler!
As for Conway, they are not that great, I would never drive for them or recommend them to anyone.
A friend of mine is on a suboxone program and has successfully quit hydrocodone, and is on his last month of tapering off suboxone. Who BTW passed a DOT UA a couple days ago!
No thanks to fools like Ash and the lousy company he works for!

No will not show just finished school and am now driving for a large company. Have passed all DOT drug screens. It will not show. It has to be specifically tested for and they don't test for it.

Your employer can and will give u a drug test of there choice testing for everything possible. But truth is the federal government just test for five drugs that were popular 30 years ago. Think of it like this bin Colorado pot is legal by the state but not the federal government. Well Conway test for everything bc they get a good reputation high csa score and they save money on there insurance that's the only reason they do it. It's about money. Companies do not care about u they care about money. A dot test for a cdl does not test for a lot of common drugs suboxone being one

Ash will u face the fact that ur wrong. A dot drug screen is mandated by the federal government. Now ur company that u probably drive a forklift in can give u a test that will show suboxone. But that's just so they can get cheap insurance. They don't care about u at all. It's about money. I have worked around Conway all my life and there a bunch of turds. So u guys are fine take ur drug test and don't worry. I promise u will not be disappointed. Now if u wreck and it shows up ur in a whole bunch of s***. But that's not the case right. Oh and ash. U can seek councling for ur attention craving behavior. None of us know u or ever will so impressing us is pointless. It makes u look silly. Gotta go. Got lots of life to love. Dont listen to these people suboxone takes 30+ days to get out your system. it will not make u test positive for opiates. they have to test soecifically for the bup in suboxone. theres alot of 12 panel tests and they dont all check for the same 12 drugs so its kind of an impossible ?. if you know what drugs they test for and buprenorphine isnt 1 of them you'll pass 100%. if anybody here took a 12 panel to get their license back in michigan and passed while on suboxone please let me know where you went for the substance abuse evaluation

Hey, I know u wrote this awhile ago but can u just confirm that what u said is true... I'm going too smith and solomon and i kicked heroin but I got a suboxone habit, so I'm trying to get off them so I can get my c.d.l.. I dont have a prescription, so I just wanna know, will a suboxone show up in my urine..? Thanks a lot.

No they will not show up I've took four drug tests this year. One for school, one for the first job, one for the second job and a random at the second job all dot drug screens and past all. You have to specifically test for suboxone to see if the person is taking it.

This is September 2015 i need to know if i take the physical for dot will suboxone show up in the test. I need to know i am trying to get my CDL but i have people telling me it does and i also have people telling me it does'nt

Here is what the transportation.gov website has to say. Doesn't get more concrete than this. They DO NOT TEST FOR SYNTHETIC OPIATES OR SUBOXONE. THEY ONLY TEST FOR THESE DRUGS SPECIFICALLY!!!!

Yea tell em bro. DOT dont test for bupes. While people in this world gotta lie so much for nothing. Im class A. And I been in the dope game for 19 years. And been on bupes before anybody else in the country probably, when it first came out. I test DOT every 2 years for the last 12 years.I KNOW WHAT IM TALKING ABOUT.

spot on, DOT does not test for it. Oxys & percs show up under the specific test for them. Only way for oxys to show up in DOT 5 panel is if you took a cople of 80s day before test & even then doubtful. most pain meds are synthetic, whereas herion & codeine are more natural/

No suboxone has to be tested for specifically. They do not test for it. I've been on it for over a year and passed all cdl drug test.

hey driver just wanted to let u know what happened in my case with dot... I have been driving about 6 years now and had to renew my physical for dot and homeland.. my doctor put me on 3 subs a day about 6 months ago and I was nervous about felling so I drunk a bunch of water before I went in I had weaned myself down to 1 a day the month before bit my drug screen came back negative the only thing that happened was right before I left the dr. said she couldn't sign off because it showed on my record I filled 90 subs so I had my doctor take me off them and all is well ... also the doctor pretty much said I could take suboxone illigally and they'll never know it's just I can't get then prescribed now tell me if that's not messed up... ps if not clear I took 1 the day before test and still negative... I hoped this helped I believe us drivers should stick together plus I know how hard it is to get people to understand suboxone is a miracle drug that has never altered my ability to operate anything to be honest it makes me more alert and takes my mind off everything but driving...

He's right...i drive a truck..and the D.O.T test is for opi...pcp...thc...coc...amph... that's the 5 panel screen.

Check it out. I had a random dot and I popped hot for cocaine. Anyway I had to do the essay, P counselor. I had to do a whole bunch of NA meetings and stuff like that. my SAP counselor aka for substance abuse professional told me they got drug screen tests for opiates PCP, THC, cocaine and marijuana. Wait a minute PCP, THC, cocaine, amphetamines and opiates. He also told me that percocet and oxycodone will not show up. Now here's the crazy part. I took my drug test to go back to work and the day before I took 3 10 milligram oxycodone I passed. I did not get a call from the Mr O. so that tells me that they obviously do not test for it. obviously I got my job back and I am allowed to return to safety-sensitive functions. now I take a couple Suboxone every once in awhile because I was a little freaked out over taking the oxys but honestly I'd rather take a few oxys than a Suboxone. so I'm still a little nervous about taking my oxys even though that's what happened to me. I passed and nothing happened but I'm still a little sketchy about taking my oxycodone. I really wish I could. I would like to have somebody come on here that says they took oxycodone and still passed. I believe that you will pass because like some other gentleman said they do not check for synthetic opiate only vicodin and codeine and methadone, but then again they might not even test for those. They probably just test for codeine like a Tylenol 3 and heroin.
