White,raised And Round No Markings
UpdatedThese pills are white, raised and round but have no imprints. i found them in my daughters room. i know it is vague but are there any clues to what this might be??

No, I'm sorry, but if there is no imprint there is no way to positively identify it. I can say it's not a legal US prescription drug, by law they are all required to have unique imprints, but the only way to find out what this is, would be to pay to have it lab tested.
These sound like weight loss pills that include the drug 'speed' it burns away fat and increases your metabolism, I have some of these pills and I don't think they're harmful, they have a name like ethergen or ephadine I'm not too sure, hope this helps.
