I found a large white round pill RP 111 on it, scored on the other side.

Where did you find it?

I'm curious about your general location, because I'm wondering if it's possibly a foreign pill.

I can't find a listing for it any U.S. database that I've checked, but of course they only include prescription items.

Does anyone else recognize this tablet?

I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you.

Yes they are safe while being pregnant. My OBGYN recommends them.

I also have them and they are chewable gas relief. I believe I got them at a health food store.

They are mint flavored Simethicone 80 mg which is manufactured by Raritan Pharmaceuticals and sold by Walmart for relief of bloating, pressure, and gas distress.
