white, flat, round M 722 is 2 mg Tizanidine. It is a strong muscle relaxant used for spasms. Maybe used to treat on-going diseases such as MS or for chronic, severe muscle cramping/knots.

Just to confirm, I have also identified pill imprint M 722 as Tizanidine hydrochloride (2 mg).

Like TXPioneer mentioned, Tizanidine is a muscle relaxant and is used to treat the spasms, cramping, and tightness of muscles caused by medical problems such as multiple sclerosis, spastic diplegia, back pain, or certain other injuries to the spine or central nervous system. It is also prescribed off-label for migraine headaches, as a sleep aid, and as an anticonvulsant. It is also prescribed for some symptoms of fibromyalgia.[
