The tablet with the U S 155 on it is called Folgard, it is a multivitamin/mineral supplement. It is manufactured by Upsher Smith. NDC code: 0245-0155

The FDA warns that it may cause nausea, and constipation, due to its potency.

Red, I couldn't find anything that matches that description. Can you please double check the imprint and post back? Thank you!
