When To Stop

However, you should continue that medication for whatever period of time your doctor instructs you to do so. Stopping too early may cause the nicotine cravings to return, so you may start smoking, again.
The FDA lists the typical side effects of this medication as possibly including: nausea, dizziness, headache, insomnia and constipation.
