I'm a 17 year old girl and I started taking cherifer last 2015, I only took ten tabs of pgm w/o zinc and stopped, I've gained 2 inches idk how it happened but I do strechings and drink milk at night. I am starting to take it again and planning to continue til 2016 ends. I am now taking pgm with zinc

are you a female or male? and how old are you and how long did it take? because i've been taking cherifer pgm (high cgf and zinc) for a month now and i'm a girl, 16 years old and 5'7 still but i grew 3 cm within 3 weeks of taking it i think. please reply. :) the pharmacist told me to take it at 6 so that's right after i eat my dinner but i switched to drinking it at 9 pm cause some people say its more effective cause you sleep with it inside you..

ako dati 2 times a day. isa sa umaga at isa bago matulog. then nag gi-gym din ako 3 times a week. may pagbabago naman kahit papaano. sleep at kain langlalo na ng proteins para tumangkad pa lalo.

Umiinum po aku ng alak dati nung 13 aku angang 14 pero nag stop na aku ngayun 14 po aku ngayun at gustu ku tumankad at umiinum aku nito may pag asa paba
