tanong ko lang po. ano po ba yung di effective?? tsaka what time po ba pwede tlagang inumin yung cherifer before ba matulog sa gabi? at after kumain? at mag exercise sa umaga ganun po ba??

What is the best time in taking this Cherifer PGM 10-22. Im first timer in taking this vitamin. Im 5'6 1/2 and my Goal is 5'10 above. Im just 15 yrs old. Please Answer my question. Thanks a lot. Effective po. Nag gym kase ako nung nag start ako. Tumangkad ako sabi ng kapatid ko at insan ko. Gatas. Puro fiber lang lage. Healthy diets and taking cherifer once a day.

I'm 14 po and 5'3 no then after ter five months ata or 6 of taking cherifee 5'5 napo ako Hahaha. MUST bye cherfr

Hello. I've been taking cherifer PGM with zinc for almost 5 months now. I haven't notice anything changes in my height. I'm 19 yrs old male. I'm not giving up in increasing my height although there's no changes yet :(( By the way my height is 5'8.5 I want to increase my height at least 4 inches cause height is a huge advantage in playing Volleyball which is my sport. My father is 5'11 and my mother is 5'6. So genes is not a problem. I also exercise and stretch cause of volleyball plays. PLEASE give me a hope to become taller. :(( (I read some articles about drinking cherifer in a couple of weeks and there's a huge increase in height)

Im 13 years old,girl po ako at ang height ko 146 cm, tatangkad po ba ako kung iinom ako ng cherifer at ilang tabs sa isang araw? Kailan mo iinumin ito? At kailan eefective ito ilag buwan o araw?sagot po kayo :D thankyou para walang masayang :)

Effective ang gloxi, kaya lang after 3 months lang yun eeffect. Halimbawa, after 3 months, likely sasaket yung mga tuhod at binti nyo, tapos kung halimbawa 5 flat ang height nyo, magiging 5 half, tapos after a month 5’1 na, dagdag lang yun ng dagdag after a month. Pero di ko pa natatry ang gloxi kase mahal talaga, mag 3k na din ang presyo nun, ang isang box is for 15 days kaya luge na kase after 3 months pa ang effect. Tsaka tuloy tuloy dapat ang paggamit nun, 2x a day after a meal.

Hey i'm using cherifer pgm ba yun 10-22 ung tablet letche mahal -.- sge lang hahaha ang height ko is 5'2 i'm a basketball player (syempre pointguard) in our school ..i hope tumangkad pa ako..tsaka may napansin ako...one time uminom ako nun I felt na yung feeling na hindi aq mauubusan ng energy...tsaka tumaas ang talon ko. Yun lang proper exercise din daw sabi ng coach ko. ^__^ peace yow
