In regards to the original post, the active ingredient is Diclofenac, it is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory that's used to treat pain, fever and swelling. It may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache and stomach irritation.

The tablet with the dic 50 marking is a Diconal tablet, it contains 10mgs of Dipipanone and 30mgs of Cyclizine, it is used to treat nausea, when someone is in severe pain and may suffer nausea and vomiting due to the administration of narcotics.
