The 11 ingredients are as follows: Vitamin c, Biotin, chromium aspartate, garcinia cambogia, gymnema sylvestre, cinnamon, bitter melon, betaine HCL, banaba, fenugreek, and vanadium. They are listed on the back of the bottle.

Hi Rose,

Thanks for taking the time to post the ingredients. From what I've seen lately, this is the first time someone on here has actually been able to locate a full list of ingredients for DBX-13, since other products (including this one) from HSI have been touted as fake or misleading through their marketing on the actual website where they promote the stuff. I will say however that those ingredients do look like an excellent combination for managing blood sugar.

Have you had a chance to try it out with any success?

I have used many of these ingredients individually for years. Many of my family members have been childhood diabetics, insulin dependent. I am not. I think it is important to take the supplements that are right for you as an individual. This combination of supplements in DBX-13 is a healthy natural way to manage blood sugar if you are not already a serious insulin dependent diabetic.

I also agree that it is very important for each individual to assess what works for them personally, as in many cases (especially when it comes to prescription drugs) one size does NOT fit all; with side effects being one of the main concerns of synthetically made pharmaceutical-based preparations.

From my own experience, a lot of these natural alternatives don't have side effects, but a trade off may be that you have to take them for quite a while in order to receive the kind of results you might be looking for…which I don't necessarily mind doing, since many of these ingredients also have other health benefits as well, even if you aren't using it for diabetes alone.
