Did you mean Watson 3253? I located Watson 3253 to be Nitrofurantoin Macrocrystals 50 mg (a yellow and white capsule).

Nitrofurantoin Macrocrystals is an antibiotic. It is usually used in treating urinary tract infection, as well as Ecoli.
