Oxycodone + Acetaminophen (7.5 mg / 325 mg) is the pill in description.
Oxycodone + Acetaminophen is used to treat moderately severe to severe acute (short-term) pain.

Which is stronger Oxycodone 15 or Watson 933's for chronic pain?
Hi Jellybean,
I am not an MD so I cannot determine if Oxycodone (15 mg) is stronger than Oxycodone (7.5 mg) + Acetaminophen (325 mg).
However Oxycodone is a prescription drug while Acetaminophen is available over-the-counter; meaning that Acetaminophen isn't nearly as powerful as Oxycodone. Based on that educated guess I would assume that Oxycodone (15 mg) is stronger, but I cannot know for certain. I would recommend asking your local pharmacist perhaps.
