First, I would like to state that there are NO Vicodin with 1000mgs of ANYTHING in them!

That said, this tablet contains 500mgs of Acetaminophen and 10mgs of Hydrocodone, a generic for Vicodin or Lortab. This is a narcotic pain reliever.

Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, dry mouth and dizziness.
