Veterans Affairs Narcotics And Medical Marijuana

My veteran father. With buayed rotator cupsn buated hitlp and other war related issues, gets 60 morphine 60s and 300 oxy 5s

Last month he got 60 morphine 60s and only 120 oxy5

I believe he mentioned next month he will get 56 morphine and 15 oxys. Total

He tested positive for marijuana a few months back.... But our state has a mmj ok law. So the va asked for his card. And reluctantly copied and sent it to them.

Any idea of they are lowering his meds because of this?

Any info would be nice
