Urine Screen For Escitalopram (lexapro)
UpdatedHad my last 20mg dose of escitalopram (generic for Lexapro) 6 days ago, which I was taking to help mediate menopause symptoms including hot flashes (it worked, too!) I have a pre-employment 5 panel urine drug screen test this afternoon. Will the escitalopram test positive for any drugs? Or will it have sufficiently flushed through my system any way (based on its half life of 27 - 32 hours)? Do I need to disclose it (I'd prefer not to if possible)?
