Uric Acid And Alt

my name is roy. # months ago doctor find that my Uric acid is 7.2 and ALT is 136. and after 2 months i do the test again and the results are uric acid 9.6 and ALT is 190. then he did some hepatitise b and c test. and the result is negetive. So give me Ursocol 300gm for 3 months twice a day.

Can u suggest me what should i do at the moment and what kind of fruits and veg is good for me. I m a international student live in sydney. If u give me any suggestion about that it will be very helpfull for me.
plz give me the ans asap.

Just about all fruits and vegetables should be beneficial in this regard; especially if you have the ability to juice them and consume larger quantities in replacement of standard meals.

If you do happen to be juicing or blending, I would recommend dark leafy greens, such as kale, lettuce, swiss chard, or spinach - in combination with celery/pineapple or lemons/limes.

Spirulina and/or chlorella is another excellent option that I personally use on a day to day basis. It doesn't require a juicer/blender. Just a shaker cup and preferably pineapple juice or OJ for taste.

I hope you're able to make use of a few of these options. If not, I find that eating plenty of fresh fruit throughout the day can be equally beneficial in the long run.
