Small round white pills no markings at all are Mexican Tramodol now they have a different look depending on the mg ,the other is an unmarked green and yellow capsule.,Now this is I just have seen 2 different kinds in original bottles sealed,I just dont know what the dosage is or how many mg .I would throw them out if you can not identify it .Its not worth it.
