Type- 2 Diabetes During Pregnancy

Hello,
This is Sekhar.
My wife has type – 2 diabetes.And it is in control for the last 6 months.
Now, she is pregnant(6 weeks).She is taking GLYCOMET 500mg PILLS after taking breakfast and GLIMEPIRIDE & METFORMIN combination 500mg before taking dinner in the night.
The above pills will do any harm for my baby during and after the pregnancy of my wife?
Please suggest the pills to use at this condition.
