This medication did not help the pain in my neck and back and gave me one terrific migraine....no thanks!

i need to know if these pills will make my stomach hurt real bad i took one an about two hours after i took it my stomach started hurting me so bad i could,nt take the pain an i got real weak also please let me know as soon as possiable . the pill is traadol hcL 50 mg tablets

Tramadol is a centrally acting analgesic that's derive from an opiate, but is not classified as one itself.

Chris, yes it has been known to be ineffective for some people and to cause such side effects, which likely means it wasn't the right medication for you and you should try something different.

Susie, yes they can also cause some stomach pain and irritation in a small percentage of the people that take them. However, you should have that checked out to make sure it isn't do to a possibly serious medical issue, such as an ulcer or gastritis.

I been prescribed tramadol 50 mg about 3years ago for a psoriasis problem I had about 80 percent of my body... Due to my joints were always hurting,so my doctor prescribed me these pills, ever since then I been taking them 2 to 3 at a time...helps me a lot a little with my pain,but helps me get a lot of energy..& I can do my daily things....which is good,but if I don't take them I will get really sick such as pain all over my body,cold sweats,feeling clammy,shaky,can't sleep at night...so as you can see I have to take them.im really upset bc I think I'm addictied to them,I want to stop taking them but I can't without getting sick... can you please give me some suggestions...or tips..thank you! For all your help:(
