Tramadol False Positive For Buprenorphine

I really would like to know if Tramadol shows up as a false positive for buprenorphine?

I actually had a drug done today and in the past while taking tramadol and shockingly all times the tramadol will show a positive for suboxone. There's no way i could of tested positive for that when I've
never touched that med.
