I'm not 100% certain because I'm not able to verify this right now, but I believe the pill you are referring to is aspirin, over the counter 325mg.

thanks this pill is a small round white one it has tl on top an 50 under it then on the back it has a big G SO ANY INFO WOULD BE ALOT OF HELP THANKS

I finally found it. This is generic Tramadol 50mg The brand name is Ultram. It is a pain reliever, not a narcotic but is known to be highly addictive. Used for mild to moderate pain. Side effects include drowsiness, euphoria, dizziness and constipation, depressed breathing.
