From what I have been able to find, Tiocolchicosido translates to Thiocolchicoside. To read more about this, you can see the following short article:

I don't think it's available in the United States, but it is used as a muscle relaxant, pain reliever, and anti-inflammatory. Can you please post back with more information about what country you obtained this medication from?

Ok, sounds like it fits the bill. This drug is manufactured and available in south america, so having it in Panama also makes sense...

Yesterday I went to a private doctor here in Costa Rica. He told me the glands in back of my mouth were infected with bacteria. He gave me a bunch of these bills free. Thank God I didn't take them because obviously they are for something else. Something is terribly wrong with the medical system here. And people load up on pills given them by know nothing clerks in pharmacies, many drugs that require a prescription in other countries. Careful if you visit and come down with anything.
