what will happen if cefixime taken more than one month to treat broncho pneumonia? it is overdose?

An overdose has nothing to do with how long you take a medication. An overdose occurs when you take too much of it at once.

And no, antibiotics sometimes have to be used for long periods of time to help cure severe infections.

You may experience side effects, such as: nausea, drowsiness, skin rash and diarrhea.
