Tanganil appears to work well on me because it contains Leucine. This is an essential amino acid used to control blood sugar level and also is vital for balance. You can get this as a supplement from body buiildng and sports supplement websites. It is also from brown rice, nuts, meat (proteins)

I am interested to hear if you have also had a blood sugar problem, impaired glucose tolerance , fatigue, dizziness prior to the imbalance problems recently
