i have been prescribed Tamflo 0.4mg by my urologist. i want to know what it is for?

I am male of 61 year old. Some three to four years ago I felt severe dryness on my penis followed by severe burning sensation on the skin and mouth of penis after urination and again followed by a white spot inside the skin. On the advice of my doctor I had local application of some skin ointments (Efaderm and Lobate GM) which I am still continuing with. The burning on the penis was recurrent and now it is almost continuous. I had gone for US test twice nothing abnormal was noticed in prostrate except some urine retention in the bladder in earlier US test which even was not noticed in latest US test done on 14.01.2012. Earlier I was also advised 'Dutas T' , which I am taking almost for the last two years. Dryness is permanent but controlled by local application of above ointments however burning on the penis is still continuing and is almost permanent sort. One new development has taken place in last seven eight months that erection of penis has almost gone and no semen comes out after orgasm. Urge for intercourse is also dying day by day. I have also consulted local urologist but without permanent relief. Please advise.
