Swabing Of Mouth Drug Test

Mouth swab test by my shrink to make sure iam taking my meds BUT 3 days ago i took 20 mg of methodon iam NOT perscribed ,iam perscribed colonopin,aderall ,seriquil and perocet ,they did a mouth swab out of no where i think cuz i just started aderall ,i dont take methodon on regular basis i was on vacation forgot my pain meds an my aunt gave me 2 10 mg methodon pills not knowing i wld get a mouth swab what r the chances the 20mg methodon showing in test or does methodon require a special test as i heard it does
