Supervised Ua Test And No Split Sample Collected
UpdatedI failed a ua test for a missouri public school job. Results showed positive for methamphetamine. Employer failed to have the test conducted as a split sample test and made the test to be supervised without cause. Is this enough to make it a failed test?
