Suboxone Prescription Info

I recently got my estranged ex to a dr. For suboxone treatment. I heard rumors she may not have done the right thing. Do prescription of fifteen suboxone strips come in a bottle?

Dear Butch, yes, suboxone strips can come in a bottle. If it's a smaller amount like (15) they will put them in a bottle. If it's an amount higher like. (30) they will come in a box. The boxes hold (30) so, if she is prescribed a smaller amount, they divide it down. I'm on (3) 24 mg. a day , so, they give me the boxes of (30). Sometimes they run low and give me a partial. And, I'll get those in a bottle. If u have anymore. ??? I will try. 2 answer.

Hi Butch,
A pharmacy may dispatch the suboxone film strips in a regular prescription childproof pill bottle or they may use one of those little prescription boxes.
At any rate, if she brought in a prescription to have it filled all the info will be on the side of the bottle or box same as any prescription you get filled at the pharmacy.
Suboxone also comes in a pill form.
Now if a suboxone dr. gave her 15 pills or films he could put them in anything I suppose. This however would be highly unlikely. He may give her 1or2 but I doubt 15.
The film strips are very expensive ( without insurance they can run up to $8.00/each) at least around here "mid south"
I wish your ex luck. She got a hard road ahead.
