Suboxone Frozen

I froze some clean urine with Suboxone one month ago. I thought it out and have it at body temperature will it still show up positive?

I have used this method on a few occasions and have always passed my test. The urine has only been a few weeks old and I thaw it out with really hot water from the tap and then keep it against my skin until it is time to give my sample.
