Suboxone False Positive For Heroin

Im perscribed suboxone to get off pain killers have been on it not too long about two or three months took a drug test for work and it came back as heroin.never done this please help scared im gonna get fired.

If you're getting it legitimately, then youre being prescribed medication. That doesn't count on a drug test because you have been prescribed to take this. It didn't show "heroin" but an opioid, just like any opiate based medication.

The Buprenorphine in Suboxone hasn't been known to cause a false positive for heroin, but there are other substances that can.

Were you taking anything else? Even over the counter products?

It came back as opiate, if you haven't had H then its just picked up opiates in your system tell them you take night nurse sleep pills you can buy over the counter not prescribed too week, they have a tiny amount of opiate in them that shows up on tests its a good excuse trust me
