Stop Tension Headaches
Updatedi have got a horendous tension headache on the right side of my head caused by my trapped nerve !i have taken 2 syndol and also some XS which is paracetomol,caffeine,and anadin but it wont go away i have got tramadol 50mgs i dont know whether to take cause of all the others i have had but i need to get rid of this terrible pain in my head can anyone help me plz !
