hi all I take 180 mg twice a day. nucynta, i am at the point now where im hurting morer so guess need to ask for higher dosage.my pain is real and take 1 every 12 hours, its a er,release med so what am I to do?ive told dr my pain is worse.but he stll doesn't seem to care

That's why I'm always holding my breath about medication. I'm have chonic pain and its like I will always have to be on these patches. They work but seems they only work for my neck an upper spine. What happens if they just decided to stop manufacturering them. I am at Gods mercy, but if I had to get off these I would have to be hospitalized. But the docs won't do that they will just put you in a behavior health and take your BP now and then. Man if I could be free! Its just like I'm going keep getting older and my bodies just going to start shutting down. Is this all I have left now? My teeth hurt, I'm having trouble with my left upper leg, I'm in denile about my Hep C and my Docs Pissed I didn't get my 3 month blood test. And you know I have never ever got on her and said any of this. The thing that is killing me off is the Depression! Where I don't want to eat.watchTV, answer my phone, get up and go to school, read, pray, cry, laugh anything. Am I even alive. God you guys don't fight and compare maybe if we encourage eachother, an tell one another something. Anything, something. Your word or careing, because people are sad and lonely watching their old dogs die, where everything feels lonley and you have one little black pitbull who looks at you and licks your face. I could handle everything else but this depression. Cause then I feel numb dead.....

.....Absolutely you can most definitely feel high snorting Nucynta. And yes, that is indeed WHY it is a Schedule II Controlled substance. If anyone on here knew what they were talking about they'd have made clear that the whole controlled substance scheduling system (I,II,III, IV)_was set up to indicate a drugs Propensity to be abused.

And you croogan..... Big Pharma makes massive amounts of money of black market sales of abusable pharmacueticals and they DO, IN FACT purposely manufacture them so that they are 'abusable'.... case in point would be Perdue Pharm. taking their sweet time to restructure the time release matrix of Oxycontin (took years).....Oh, and by the way....the new OP's are just a little bit...and I do mean just a tad more of a pain in the keester to make snortable and yes, injectable. Speaking of which...that is the real malfunction with Nucynta.... injection. -Nuff said.L8r

To all that like to talk s*** on us who are trying to just have a good time shut the f*** up, but with this nucynta just take it orally, snorting this stuff isn't worth the pain it puts you through.

Hey all. First time on this site. A few questions, but some history first. I have neurofibromitosis, scoliosis, and degenerative disk disease. Had triple lamonectomy 5 yrs ago. I toke 6 10 mg norco, wear a 75mcg fentynal patch, Xanax at night and generic titalin 3x every day. Have taken everything, morphine, lortab, oxy, tramadol, percocet, muscle relaxers, anti inflammatories, Savilla, more than can remember. Have never plugged before but am ready to try. Scared to death of needles ! Have a bottle 100 mg Nucynta. Any help on method? Been on all this stuff 8-9 years now. Just want to get a little buzz and help with pain. Oh, I use 15 of the patches not 10 like most.

Do Not insufflate Nucynta! I am an opiate addict and I wanted to feel high so I crushed one up and insufflated half of it. Oh my GOD did it hurt like hell! And I can handle insufflating things that burn, i.e. crystal meth... swallowing it gets you high enough. Don't insufflate, the burn lingers and I thought I was gonna have a panic attack!

Dude are u serious? U were a former junky and ur gonna judge that dude for asking a question.. All be it the question is about insufflating pills and that is the one of the reasons why it is hard for us to get the mess we need. But who are u?? That is some hypocritical bs to say for real.. And I know ur gonna reply with some holier than thou remark about because u were once a bla bla bla and people judge all the time that's what we do.. Give it a rest dude for real. Old boy was asking a misguided question and u of all people don't need to give ur two cents...

You can NOT cut a Nucynta in half so you are wrong by either telling people to do that, or you're not on Nucynta or you're abusing it. Reason being is it's time released and can not he halved or split or all the medication is released at once. Or maybe this is why you have those awful side effects and that is dangerous

In reply to Nucynta 100 mg.. just started taking it one month ago and it has helped me more than anything I have taken, oxy, hydro and all the other crap.. I was in a serious motorcycle accident and almost died. @ years later and 8+ surgeries nothing has helped including going home w/nerve block dunno how many times.. this s*** is actually helping for once.. i just lost my leg after all of those surgeries and 2 years later .. it is the only thing that has helped.. anyone else?
