I have hypertension. Could the tablet be Cozaar or Losartan??

What you are describing does in fact sound like Losartan 50 mg, manufactured by Aurobindo. To me, the tablet looks a little greenish, but it does have E on one side, and 46 on the other. You can see an image here. I hope this helps!
