I'm sorry, but I can't find a listing for a tablet with just an IP on both side.

If it is that small, it very well could be a birth control tablet. There are many on the market and if someone orders from a foreign source, the imprints would not be logged in the U.S. databases.

Where did you find it?

its about a half inch with an A with the top of a capitol P
60 is on the bottom half
