i am 19year old male height 5.3inch can i add 4inch in my height by taking cherifer10-22?

You can but it takes time, you will not gain 4 inches in just months. It takes years and you need healthy lifestyle too. I am 19 yrs old too and I gained before i was 5'4 now I am 5'6. Still taking it. Consistency and faith.

hi im 23 now..a call center agent , i admit lagi ako puyat ung kasi ung enviroment started 3 years ago, well i wanted to get increased in terms of heights.."5'3' lang height ko..i tried many options...pero d ako tumangkad..i tried cherifer before maybe a month lang ksi medjo mahal sxa when i was in college... halos everyday nlang ako nsa diff site searching how to increase ung height im thingking to start again since my trabaho na ako,,it took 3 years lang bgo ko napansin d na tlga ako lumaki.. sobra focus sa trabaho now maitutuloy ko na sxa.. but im also wondering kung my effect pa ba.. i willing to try ,, wla naman mawawalaat least positive ka.. at since wla naman ako bisyo ska nalipat na ako pang morning shift..due to nalaipat na ako ng ibang department ..hope its works..

Try Pediasure 240cal or Peptamen Junior. My son was born prematurely. When he turned one he was only 17lbs 2oz and 27.5in height. My baby is picky. We started giving pediasure after his 1st bday. After a month, his pedia check his height and weight to my surprise he is 20.3lbs and 29in. My son drinks about 3-5 bottles 8oz each, vanilla flavor. It's pricey but worth. Cherifer is worthless. It's not a FDA approve.

Pag uminom po kau ng cherifer kailangan nyo pong mag exercise everyday para hindi po kau tumaba. Discipline lang po ang kailangan sa sarili.

Hi, im already 21 years old at gusto ko mag gain pa ng height.im not expecting to be too tall,i just want to gain height atleast23" to 4" kc 5" lng aq. 13 years old na po akob ngayon babae po ako pero di na ako tumatangkad yung height ko is 5'6 since nung mag12 years old po ako di parin po ako kuntento sa height ko kasi as a member of the varsity team ng basketball at feeling ko ang liit liit ko kahit na ako ang pinakamatangkad ewan ko po ba. Hindi po ako umiinom ng mga gamot na pampatangkad. Ewan chance pa po ba ako tumangkad pero effective po ba ang cherifer?

Cherifer with zinc po ang mas maganda base on my experience though natigil ako ngayun kc I have to prioritize other stuff since wala man akong stable income para pambili ng supplement.

hi ..im 16 years old i started taking cherifer Pgm with zinc,when i was 15 yrs old, eat balanced diet and exercise regularly in just two months i gained 1inch ..i also noticed that i gained weight maybe because cherifer is a food supplement ..i dont know if all of it is because of cherifer maybe stretching and exercise really contributes on gaining my height ..

Hi, nothing will change po talaga kung inom lang ng inom ng cherifer. It requires a lot of exercises especially stretchings and even sports. Also taking the right amount of sleep din po can help and diet
