Ang alam ko po 18-22 po ang cherifer PGM, try mo po gloxi sabi nila effective daw po. Ang mahal kc kaya cherifer PGM muna ako, 19 yrs old po pala ako at lalaki. almost 2 yrs na po ako umiinom ng cherifer at 3 inches lang nadagdag sakin, dati 5'4 ako ngayun 5'6 na. I am still taking it pero di na ako masyado nageexpect for supplement at healthiness na lang purpose ko.

if you want to grow taller while take this kind of vitamins you have a determination and believe that there is possible to gained height but you have to feel it that you will grow . instead losing hope just try and have a positive mind at all. just try

Yes, it will help , the sooner you take cherifer the better. Just dont expect great results withing months, for it takes years for you are already 20. I am taking cherifer for almost 2 years now and I gained 2-3 inches from 5'4 to 5'6 and I am seeing the results now. I am happy I didnt stop taking cherifer . . .

Hello sa inyo. I'm 13 years old when i tried using cherifer at ngayon 15 na ako last july of this year, napansin ko na from 5'7 naging 6'2-6'3 ang height ko at masaya ako sa effect nya dahil for 2 years ko syang ginagamit nakatulong sya sa pangangatawan ko kse dati stickman ako eh ngayon masasabe kong maganda di na ako payat pero hindi din mataba :) just want to share lang na think positive always dahil may tinatawag na placebo effect atsaka kaen ng healthy foods na may height building nutrients dahil di naman tayo tatanggap ng cherifer lang kelangan ng kaen dahil food supplement lang ito at always sleep 8-9, and go to gym.

Hello kat sabi po nila oo, effective daw talaga kaso mahal mga 3-4k ata, ang side effect parang sumasakit ang binti mo dahil nga parang humahaba, sumbalit my cream naman na hinahaplas once you are taking it. try to consult a physician

kung gusto niyo talaga malaman about that Cherifer PGM, dapat magbasa basa din pag may time, tulad ko. I'm 16y/o, girl, 5' ..hoping to increase more height by taking c.pgm with zinc, drinking milk and stretching.. Don't lose hope, Tiwala lang .

ah, opo hahaha desidido kac haha and to motivate others also. I am taking it every night before i sleep. kac po pag umaga inaantok ako lagi kaya sa klc nakakatulog ako. haha So i decided sa gabi na lang at may nabasa din ako na isang user na dad nya daw doctor at sabi gabi daw sya pinapainom bago matulog. kaya ganun ako din haha

ganun ba? hehe umiinom pa naman ako ng gatas pag gabi kaya sa umaga ko iniinom after kumain .. hahay! dbale, sa di naman ako inaantok, tsaka di pa naman ako pumapasok e.. nakakatulog pa naman ng 8-9hours ...

My daughter started cherifer since she was 6month old. Now shes 10. Pero hindi continous un. Example last 2011 nagtake sya the whole year then 2012 stop sya the whole year then 2013 again And her height is much matangkad compare to other 10 year old kids. Kc everytime we go out may mga naeencounter akong mga mommy na may 10 yr.old or 11 or 12 yr old kid. And shes much more mtangkad than them. Akala nga ng iba shes already 15 or 16 yrs old na. Her dad is only 5'6 and im 5'2

....im scared to try,.i need everyones help. 21 na po ako.. nung 10/06/2013..gustong gusto ko pa po tumangkad...kaso nung tinry ko to dati tinubuan ako ng maraming pimples sa muka as in and lalaki nya..pero di ako sure if dahil ba talga ung sa C. pgm...kaya ngaun mejo natatakot ako mgtry ulit..pero super gusto ko po tumangkad..,

16 ako ngayon ,nagtake ako ng cherifer nung 15 ao at hinintuan ko agad ito dahil napapansin ko sumsakit ang sikmura ko nung first twoonths pa lamang

Nag take ung anak ko ng cherifer when she was 9 months until now that she is 16 months. I notice that she always no appetite but very energetic. My concern is sometimes she didn't eat anything at all even though I tried giving her foods and trying to feed her she won't eat it.. Please Help

Then its a good sign, believe me it'l take a while for our body to produce it naturally. The supplement helps us. But we must be patient.. I'm taking pgm with zinc..it took me 2months to notice it.. I take the supplement when I was just 16 I was 5'7 now that I'm 17 I'm around 5'9 and still gaining height..
