I didn't have any problem taking Ifacertez but it was retired from the market in Mexico. (Sibutramina),

The name in the U.S, Canada and many other countries is very similar, it's Sibutramine, which was used to aid in weight loss.

However, as of 2010 it has been removed from the market in most countries due to the severe risks it caused of cardiovascular events.

Thus, I am not sure if it's still available anywhere.

Regardless, it is really much safer to try to lose weight with a proper diet and exercise plan, rather than relying on medications to do it for you.

Such medications should only be used by people that are morbidly obese, whose health may be in danger and for whom other weight loss plans have not worked.
