Shelcal Os How To Take?

Can you please advise when and how this medicine should be taken. I am 60 years old.

I am a Type 2 diabetic with hypertension.( Female, Age more than 55yrs)
Apart from amaryl, metformin, covance 50 and ecospirin 75, I have been prescribed Shelcal OS.

What is the use of Shelcal OS and what is its action?
