I am currently taking Cialis super active 20mg with limited results. Is it safe to take Cialis 40 mg or (2) 20mg pills, thank you

What results are you expecting from it? That is the most relevant question.

The reason I'm asking is because these medications are often misunderstood and men often think they do things that they are not intended to do.

What they actually do is increase blood flow, to help men who've had problems with ED and that is all they do.

And no, it isn't safe to increase your dosage, that can cause some dangerous side effects. If your doctor hasn't evaluated you and prescribed this, it might not be safe for you to be taking it, at all.
